What Should Be Eaten?
In this diet, the person can eat meat, shrimp and squids, which are high in energy, but must avoid processed foods as they have high carbohydrate content. Eggs and fish can also be eaten as they are a good source of nutrients and proteins. All meat must be unprocessed, and they can eat leafy vegetables. Too much gulping fat or protein can result in the deterioration of health.

– If you are suffering from cardiovascular disease, then the keto diet is not the best option for you, as fats are not suitable for the heart.
– We must feel tired from the sudden drop of other nutrient foods, so it’s better to consult a professional before proceeding.
